  • Create lasting relationships with small businesses and agencies through strong product marketing materials that promote Spectrum Reach’s television and advanced advertising products.

  • Communicate and execute all product-related announcements for streaming subscription pay-TV/OTT product vertical across internal enterprise channels to over 500 members of the Spectrum Reach enterprise in nearly 90 DMAs and their clients:

    • Internal communications through all enterprise channels: The Pulse (enterprise weekly newsletter), leadership email announcements, MySpectrumReach.com intranet site, product positioning sales presentations, execute and lead webinars to educate sales teams on all product-related announcements, create and deploy training-focused videos

    • External product positioning support at industry events and conferences, assist in direct email communication and social media messaging for all posts related to product vertical

  • Singular lead for vertical and supported growth from $20M in 2016 to over $100M in 2019.

  • Collaborate with Product Development and Research teams to interpret competitive data and determine go-to-market strategies for new product features that meet customers during their buying journey.

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management from features/sales training, customer engagement messaging, and post-campaign analysis of KPIs using PPT, Excel, CRMs (Salesforce and Pardot).

  • Manage complex communication calendar and advise leadership on priorities in fast-paced environment.

  • Created unforgettable experiences for consumer electronics customers at over 500+ points of retail for Samsung Electronics of America (Home Electronics Division) through brand ambassador, assisted sales, and experiential marketing campaigns.

  • Managed Strategic Accounts Division business ($2.4MM in 2015), including a team of  three Field National Managers, their respective field teams (100+), as well as a team of two Account Managers.

  • Drove strategy and accountability for all aspects of client support ensuring the client needs are being met as well as identifying new opportunities that meet yearly sales and engagement KPIs at all retail channels including Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, HH Gregg, B&H , and more.

  • Planned and promoted customer events through digital marketing campaigns.

  • Post event and campaign reporting using agency’s proprietary dashboard. Identified needs for customized reporting and worked with IT team to enhance dashboard capabilities.

  • Supported a team of over 400 field marketing professionals to meet yearly sales goals for all divisions of Samsung Electronics of America (Home Entertainment, Home Appliances, IT/Digital Imaging).

  • Worked with client to strategize and execute over 100 training and brand ambassador events per week at over 1000+ points of retail across US (Best Buy, HH Gregg, B&H, Costco, PC Richards, and more).

  • Created unforgettable training and sales events at the national and regional levels; worked in tandem with vendors and event planners to oversee all logistical efforts associated with five National Training meetings (2013-2015), which resulted in over 1,000 training sessions.

  • From ground-up, launched SamsungCircuit.com, a proprietary website (design, content, publishing, access rights, full administrative oversight) used to organize priorities and highlight successes of Samsung Field Marketing team.

  • Implementation of two web applications used for primary team reporting platform and a proprietary data reporting/visualization.

  • Oversaw and managed expansion of team by 45% in 12 weeks, including hiring deadlines, restructuring (change-management and realignment) procedures, training plans, and progress reporting to client.

CLIENT ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, ASSISTED SALES AND TRAINING

PREMIUM RETAIL SERVICES - CHESTERFIELD, MO

  • Directed and coordinated over 50 direct-to-consumer sales campaigns for leading retail clients like Samsung, HP, EA Sports, Activision, Best Buy, Nest, Bed Bath and Beyond, and more that drove more than $12MM in revenue over two years.

  • Directed hiring efforts, training, and execution of Proctor & Gamble's first field marketing team of 200 sales representatives including the development of internal proprietary iOS application focused on delivering digital marketing materials; program resulted in nearly 12% lift of of key brands: Eukanuba, Innova, and Iams pet food.

  • Responsible for all retail activities of the launch of the first Samsung dedicated in-store space in 2012 to increase overall net sales of focus SKUs by more than 26%.

  • Oversaw all reporting, hiring, and launch activities associated with a nationally publicized Best Buy-based Samsung product sales campaign of 500 sales reps, and launched the program in under 21 days.

  • Coordinated Activision's most successful sales campaigns to-date: program consisted of 600 Toys R Us stores, 200 sales reps, and 4 weeks to launch their Skylanders product line in 2012.
